    One of the oldest pizza places in town, ABC Pizza serves up all the traditional Pizza Pasta Fare in a clean, if slightly tacky / retro environment. The chicken cutlet grinder, American Style, which is served with cheese lettuce and tomato and skips the tomato sauce is my go-to dish. I get the large grinder and it's usually more than enough for two meals at a completely reasonable price. Family friendly, clean, good service. I don't know if the ABC franchise still exists,( I think this was #34) but I'm glad this ABC Pizza has stayed in Winsted.

    This food is amazing. You can tell they are true Italians and have overseas knowledge of how to properly make a pizza. I ordered the stromboli this past week, and all I can say is it is not for those who are lactose intolerant... the cheese is just endless and it could feed at least 2 people, maybe 3. Its clean enough to get my basic sanitation stamp, not surgical clean but good enough. The bathroom was as well. And the wait staff is super nice. It's tough to cover all the necessary areas needed to run a 5 star restaurant but this place has done it. I will definitely return.

    LOVE this local GEM, I want to keep it to myself! Great FRESH food and Grinders(wedge,sub,hoagies) YUM!
